Led design, development, and research for ReflectAI, a cross-platform AI journaling app built with React, Supabase, and Cohere AI. Developed two live sites — a journaling site and a research showcase. Conducted user studies with 6 participants over 21 days, analyzing usability and engagement data. Designed system architecture, managed testing, and ensured accessibility compliance. Improved AI response speed by 40% through backend query optimization.

PECO, Exelon - Philadelphia, PA March 2023 - September 2023

Engineered a PowerApps and Power Automate solution to replace manual user authorization workflows, reducing processing time from ~3 hours to ~30 minutes. Managed weekly deployment plans across 8+ different work groups in PCAD/OneMDS, ensuring field crews had correct work assignments and system access each week. Diagnosed and resolved MDT field issues remotely using LogMeIn Rescue, and documented all resolutions in ALM to build a team knowledge base. Administered user access via AGS and supported storm duty rotations, coordinating urgent application and access issues during active weather events.
